How does the custom portrait work?

Upload a clear, well-lit photo of your pet when you order. For hand-beaded pieces, we email a rendered mockup within 24 hours to approve — request unlimited revisions until it's perfect, then we begin. Our embroidered pieces — jackets, tees and hats — are made in-house, so they skip the mockup wait and ship fast.

Beaded or embroidered — what's the difference?

Our bags, purses and collars are hand-beaded with glass seed beads from our bead color chart. Our jackets, tees and hats are embroidered in-house with up to 200,000 stitches, using our embroidery thread chart. You choose your exact colors on each product page.

Which items need a photo of my pet?

Almost everything is personalized from your pet's photo — beaded bags and purses, denim jackets, tees and hats. The one exception is our beaded dog collars, which are personalized by name only and need no photo.

Can I add more than one pet?

Yes. Most pieces let you add multiple pets — choose how many on the product page and upload a photo for each. A small per-pet fee covers the extra portrait work, and they look beautiful side-by-side.

How long until it ships?

Embroidered jackets, tees and hats ship within 5 business days. Beaded collars ship in 1–2 weeks. Hand-beaded bags and purses are made to order: after you approve your mockup, beading takes about 2–4 weeks. Shipping is additional and we ship worldwide.

Can I choose my colors and lettering?

Absolutely. On every product page you choose the base color, your bead or thread color from our charts, and your pet's name with a custom text color and lettering style — Block, Script, Old English and more.
